He is also a certified FEMA subcontractor experienced in wind & flood damage assessments. He has worked with victims of federal disasters Hurricane Katrina (in the Gulf Coast, 2005) and Hurricanes Charlie & Frances (central Florida, 2004).

John began his professional career in sales and marketing. During the dot.com boom, John led sales & marketing for e-commerce startup eCogNito.net, launched its privacy shield technology and prepared the company for acquisition.

In late 2001, he left the corporate world to start T1 Inspections. "I saw an industry still using carbon copies and fax machines, and knew that we could use IT to improve the efficiency of the process".

Since then our T1 Home Inspection Report has been validated by hundreds of real estate professionals and satisfied clients, and sets the standard for the premium pre-purchase home inspection.
